HRC calipers, HRC discs, HRC/FCM pads, CBR1000RR radial M/C, HEL titanium lines, and DOT4 fluid. (Tried DOT5.1 but the seals didn't like it and swelled up causing the brakes to bind.)

Greatest improvement in feel was the CBR1000RR radial master cylinder. The whole lot combined is awesome.
