If your using the stock ssub frame, you can get some aluminum sheet and build an inner fender from that.

I did one many years ago for my first NSR, but that was well before digital camera's were big, so I don't have a picture of it.

You need to make a battery box, as well as a couple brackets for the wiring harness components. Just cut, bend and drill based on the existing inner fender and you will be alright.
