I DIDN'T have the oil leaking into the gearbox problem, but I just took my oil pump off and bled it and my seal was loose as well. It came out when I removed the spindle to see which way thr thread went, and hence which way to turn it to pump oil. Does this mean I now DO have the problem??
Have I got to go back and seal in the seal?
After it took me so long to bleed the damn thing ... grrr! I can't believe there's nothing holding the seal in place.
