Thanks for the tip guys. I had today off so managed to get them fitted with the blue weave carbon end cans (kindly supplied by Gavin at Jap4). The expansion chambers fitted a treat, but the back end of the pipes needed a bit of manhandling to get the end cans into the brackets. It's all done now and it has a nice ring-a-ding-ding sound to it. Not riden it yet as it's peeing down here. It is also a bit dirty from the ride out this morning for some new BT090s.

It's really coming along now, so I will give it a good wash this weekend and get some photos. Fingers crossed for a sunny Sunday for the Ace Cafe.
