I was thinking you may just be brimming the tank when you fill up.
I assume it's quite hot where you are. It may just be the fuel in the full tank is expanding and escaping from the fuel cap breather.
There is a drain tube from the filler neck through the tank that drips into a catch tray on the airbox. This tray has a tube that runs down to the bottom of the bike.

It's just a theory. It might just be as simple as this, meaning you can save having to strip the carbs, etc.
If you are brimming the tank, try just filling to the lower part of the filler neck inside the tank.
Also, I always turn the fuel tap to the off position when I park the bike up.
