I've been having a strange issue with my MC28 lately. It starts up fine, always runs fine from point A to point B, but dies about a half mile or so after leaving point B (after ~30+ mins of sitting). Behavior is like the bike has run out of fuel - engine will start to sputter, slowly lose power, then completely die. I'll coast it to a stop, kick it over again, and it starts right up. Occasionally it will die a second time, but after that it works normally. I initially thought it might be a flat battery, but I've since put in a fresh one, and the problem is still there.
The only thing in common with all the events so far is that the bike is between 35-55C when it cuts out. Once it's past 55C, it works normally. I'm not saying this has something to do with the the problem, but so far, it only happens when the bike is already warmed up and has had time to cool a bit before I've started it up again. It doesn't happen starting from a completely cold engine.
Any ideas where to begin looking? Also, the bike has a 030 card with splice and Tyga chambers.
Thanks,
Mike
