Hi Javi,
I had a bit of goop around my filter too. It actually cleaned up nice with a little soapy water and an old toothbrush. I replaced the o-ring and all works fine.
If your looking to seal the tank, be aware that not all products can withstand ethanol based fuels. Even if its only 10%.. That may not be an issue in Europe, but it is in the US. Also, preparation is everything. If you run premix, most firms will not recommend their product because its difficult to assure an oil free surface which it needed for proper adhesion.
My bike uses the injectors. After giving the tank a good cleaning, i decided to delay sealing since its not too bad. Instead i added a cheap inline fuel filter for added comfort. When i do eventually get around to it i plan to use "Bill Hirsh tank sealer". I spoke to them a few months back and they told me they've had a can sealed with their product filled with pure ethanol for years with no degradation. You can probably get a similar product over there.
Good luck.
