It does look wrong, but there's not much you can do really. With the outlet on the shock head as it is, it looks like it could do with a 20~45° banjo to angle the hose more "forward", and similar on the reservoir, where the banjo could do with rotating "inboard" more. These two changes would give the hose an easier run.

To me, the hose itself actually looks too long to run inside the frame. I would expect it to be about 300~320mm (stock MC21 is 285mm, with the outlet on the side of the shock). If it's any longer, I would personally assume that it's not been designed to run within the frame constraints.
