That should work OK, but all of the photos Matt sent me while developing it, showed the hose running outside of the frame (for easy removal/installation), so can't say for sure.

Are you going to run an airbox? If not, then I would be inclined to see if it will fit with the reservoir hose at the front, which would allow the reservoir to seat a little closer to the standard position, further along the frame spar.

Mind you, just looking at the photos again, turning the shock won't work, as the hose would be angled the wrong way out of the shock head. Confused

I did try it the other way but it look totally wrong. I guess the bodywork would cover the hose up if run out side the frame, the hose did feel quite forced running it as i have in the photo's.

Not thought about weather to run a airbox or not yet, it'll spend most its life on the track but i had a stock setup in mind if just for ease of use and maybe change it later on. Im also still running stock pipes albeit with tyga cans so there possibly the weakest link and need upgrading first.

It does look wrong, but there's not much you can do really. With the outlet on the shock head as it is, it looks like it could do with a 20~45° banjo to angle the hose more "forward", and similar on the reservoir, where the banjo could do with rotating "inboard" more. These two changes would give the hose an easier run.

To me, the hose itself actually looks too long to run inside the frame. I would expect it to be about 300~320mm (stock MC21 is 285mm, with the outlet on the side of the shock). If it's any longer, I would personally assume that it's not been designed to run within the frame constraints.

It definitely feels like some adjustments are needed, not what i expected from a new shock designed for the bike

Question: Is the reservoir bracket bolted to the correct mount on the frame?

<edit>

This just in from Matt@TYGA...

It's a very nice set of bodywork, Si, and no screen will do it justice!

I hope you can make it to Donington, DM! Would be great to see you and the bike there, even if it's just to show off and hurt everyone's eyes! Laughing
