I would just like to confirm what is the best method of removing the following two bearings that remain fitted inside the gearbox housing with the transmission gear selector shaft etc removed:
1. The small needle bearing. (Possibly Item 19 on the gear shifting page of the parts manual for mc21, although miens definetly a needle bearing not a roller).
2. The roller bearing. (Possibly Item 30 on the transmission page of the parts manual for mc21).
Warm the cases in the oven once all rubber and plastic parts are removed. They will fall out. _________________ If I have to take the carbs off once more...

Hi StephenRC45, thanks, that's what I thought. Just noticed the two bearings inside the clutch actuator shaft. I take it, if I need to replace them its the same process, heat up the case then they should drop out with a little persuasion?
