Hi fellas I've just brought nsr 250 mc21 but the top fairing is Brocken and the tank has a dent , I've been looking at the after market replacement fairings from China and the US dose any one know if these are any good or no another supplier many thanks Kirk ..

I just purchased some from Aliexpress and was actually somewhat impressed after my expectations were very low. They will do whatever look you want, just send them pictures of spacifics. Communication is a little rough at times, and had some damaged parts during the shipping that they replaced free of charge. I believe they were around $388 with free shipping.

I'm also looking to buy a set of MC18 fairing so would be interested to hear what people thoughts are and who they bought from

How badly broken?

The tank has a dent in the top not to bad but will need a total re paint due to the Honda embulam flaking and the top fairing has the ears missing along with a couple of bad breaks , shame as the rest will clean up . The guy I used to use has decided to quit ,shame because he was fantastic , but I surpose I will still have to get the tank painted if I get a castrol set , i will take some better pics on Sunday cheers

I think the sets with 'tank' just have a plastic cover for the tank - otherwise of course you'd need to get the tank painted to match.

One of my bikes arrived with plastic fairing and it ended up going in the bin (partly because it was damaged and held together with cable ties).

Yeah most everything fit almost just as good as oem. The only thing that doesn't fit good is the glovebox door, needed a little tweaking and the tail light holes needed some trimming. Some of the holes you do need clean up with a razor blade or Dremel. The paint job is way better than I expected (I planned on clearing them when I got them but didn't need to). They will send you pictures before they ship, dont give them the ok unless you're happy because they'll fix them if you can visually see any mistakes they made. The one negative thing about it is communicating with them is a pain in the ass. Use a lot of pictures if you need specifics and a lot of patients. Overall well worth it and would order another set.
