Been looking around the forum for answer on this one but can't find one. Basically I've ended up with a slightly bent power valve spindle as a result of my own stupidity whist removing them to clean, its not too bad but serious enough to stop the spindle spinning freely when inserted. I have a good set of MC18 valves, despite the splined shaft and larger webs between the connecting hole and face, would they be ok to use? Any help would be really appreciated.
Nope. The RC Valve flaps are totally the wrong shape.
Any resistance generated by them not fitting perfectly could be very expensive, as it will almost certainly load up the RC servo motor and consequently fry the PGM.
Simply put, fit the correct parts, and if you don't have them, wait until you do. _________________ Andy.
