I have a NSR 250 MC28 SP from 1994, and I want to know if there is any way to "hatch" the wiring loom to can use the HRC key card and have the speedo working as usual. I want to use the HRC key card to redestrict the engine of the bike, but due I will use on road, I would like know if there is any way to make something with the wiring loom and have the speedo working.

Consider a GPS speedometer.

I had an old GPS that I used a few times that worked just fine. But you can buy a very nice GPS Speedo and mount it up under fairing next to pgm display.if you want something more permanent.
