As for the oil it is the .7 L ,I am sure you wouldn't get the 1.2 litres in a dry clutch motor anyway,

Thanks, yeah I took the bike for a spin yesterday. I went to lean into a 40 - 50mph bend and as soon as I got down a bit the back end slid out on me to the point where the back tire was nearly perpendicular with the road. Somehow I managed to antisteer and get the bike back inline. It kicked back to the left and then wobbled for a while but i saved it, (with the help of God). Anyway when I got the bike home (with zero confidence in the tire) I inspected it and there was oil all over the back wheel. I noticed it was dripping from one of the overflow pipes. So I opened the oil and it just started flowing out. So somehow there was too much in it. This was all done while the bike was on the stand too. So Im going to drain all of it and put in the .7l

I had a thought if you havnt changed or added oil to the 28 I think the reason for gearbox oil gain will be the oil seal in the bottom of the oil pump it allows the 2 stroke oil past and it contaminates the gear oil,
The seal often falls out of its recess, I have had this happen a couple of times,I have pressed it back in and gently dented the alli around the seal with a sharp centre punch to hold it firmly in place,
I am sure this will be the culprit,
