Mc16 crank rebuild

What are the options for an mc16 crank rebuild? I don't think centre seals are available? Can a crank from the mc18 be made to fit or NF5?

MC18 R2J crank fits and the centre seal is available from T2 racing. I used the crank web that the centre seal runs on to rebuild my MC16 F3 crank.

Drew Jonsen (moriwaki man) on the unobtainium face book page has contact in Japan that say rebuild is possible.
