MC18 R5K ignition coil resistance

Hi guys,
How to tell if my coils are bad ?
There is a spark on both cylinders.
What resistance do you measure on your MC18's ?
I was looking everywhere what should be the specs of the coil but i couldnt find it.

Manual says 5-11K Ohm with the cap.
I measured 7.6k Ohm with the cap on mine.
Is it too low ?
