Hi I have just bought a 1991 MC21 SP and it appears to have Ehthos pipes and no airbox so the first thing I'm going to do is whip the carbs off clean them and check the jetting.
I would like to put Pod filters on so wondered which are the best ones to get in the UK , can someone also let me know the Outside Diameter of the Back of the carbs on these. Many thanks. _________________ Thanks Simon

Hi, the best pod's I have found are ramair, used them a few years with no probs, don't go for the ones with a flat chrome end, when you get the ramairs you'll see why, you'll find them on the interweb. _________________ Proud Father of , 05 ktm 400exc supermoto 2018 honda crf rx supermoto

52mm fitment. Get the longest pods you can fit in the space, which off the top of my head is 150mm I seem to recall.
Not wishing to teach grandma to suck eggs, but it's imperative you jet to suit [any/all changes], but please do not post jetting specifics on the forum. _________________ Andy.

Nice looking Pentax. If you are keeping it relatively standard and using it as a road bike I would try and find a standard airbox and drill a couple of holes in the lid.
Of course finding a standard airbox these days is easier said than done.
