If I have a 010 and get it matched to my bike can it run on unleaded petrol like the 030 can. My bike will be running a 030 card soon after the upgrades but I am not sure if i can run a 010? does anybody know? _________________ John 3:7
Yes, but I couldn't tell you how much. I wouldn't personally worry about it, and just code everything to 030. Unless you have the resources to test everything down to the nth degree (dyno, gas analyser, ECU rig, HRC flywheel and stator, AVGAS, etc., etc., etc.) it's just not worth worrying about.
NSR250R MC28SP with HRC030 card, HRC jet kit, race pipes, and no airbox...
That's a strong, and safe, MC28! You're going to lop a little off that with an airbox, but honestly, it's really not worth worrying about different cards. 030 is the way to go in almost every scenario we've ever run. _________________ Andy.

The last part i need is the HRC Jet Kit. I seen that T2 racing make a set. Does anyone know if it is the same as the HRC kit?
Also what would you use instead of the airbox? Just pod filters?
That particular bike was open carbs, as per the HRC setup, for track use only. Normally I would recommend Ramair foam pods. They have extremely low impact on the top-end, so well worth it for the protection they offer.
The T2Racing kit is as close to HRC as you're going to get. If you contact them please be sure to mention NSR-WORLD! _________________ Andy.

which jets do I need. I see there are different kinds. I am running a 030 card and I have Tyga exhaust and end cans. I will be using the Ramair foam pods too. I have never bought jets before and I have no idea about them as I have only really worked on Fuel Injection my whole life. any help is appreciated thanks.
You really need the full kit, with the adjustable needles and richer/longer emulsion tubes. There just isn't enough adjustment with jetting alone.
I'm pretty sure the full setting kit comes with the X and Y piece jets too, but I will ask them. I've just set them up with a killer deal with HEL Performance, so may be able to work out something for NSR-WORLD subscribers off the back of it. _________________ Andy.

Let me know how this deal turns out as I don't need to buy right away. Also is this the full kit that I would need (https://www.japan-webike.ie/products/21785311.html)? Would i need to buy anything else aswell as this?
