How to subscribe to NSR-World.com

Hi

Forgive me, I think I might be going bonkers!
Firstly I did not realise a forum member could subscribe and up the content available to download (and support a cracking forum) until last night.
Secondly since last night I have not been able to work out how to subscribe!!

I know its me, but please can someone give me a pointer on where to send my cash?!?

Sort of...well the button works but I'm not 100% sure it is carrying out the action it is required to do.
It brings up a drop down box but then nothing else seems to happen....
