I'm in the process of restoring an MC 16 and looking for replacement radiator hoses.

Has anyone used these Samco hose kits before?

The kits says it fits MC16 & MC18 but when I check parts numbers for OEM hoses they are not exactly the same for both models, wondering if this kit will actually fit my MC16?

100% sure - in fact I Know that Samco kits don’t fit the MC18 despite what they claim
Only three of the hoses are compatible with the MC18 MK1 so I ended up selling it on as you need 5 hoses on the MC18 and the kit contains just 4 and one of those is a skinny straight pipe that’s useless

I had concerns over the number of hoses in the kit as well. I need to inspect all of my current hoses and make a decision, might end up trying to source OEM replacements.

Will update post If I end up going for the Samco kit.
