i have just bought myself a 95 kx 125 and it came with some spare pistons and stuff. i know older kx pistons can be used but these look and seem to fit great. has a single ring so i guess that means more rebuileds.

what do people think? will it work?

I have a freind who runs a 1998 KX125, and in the owners manual it says for best performance the rings should be changed every 30 min of use.

When i was racing a CR500, the time was 40 min if i recall but we used to change them every 2 hours, which worked out to about every other meeting.

sorry i ment it fitted one of my NSR barrels really wel and is single ring compaired to the usual two
