Can anyone advise recommended chain pretension and static deflection for an MC21?

From the Honda NSR Workshop Manual:

Put the bike on the side-stand and adjust the chain until there is 20mm +/-5mm deflection.

Measure the deflection with only the weight of the bike on the stand - do NOT sit on the bike.
