It is in Japan, so price does not include shipping. I estimate worldwide shipping would be approximately U$500, but I will get an exact quote only if you are very serious.
All importing/registering etc. at your end is up to you, I know nothing about it. The bike is street legal and has all the paperwork with it.

I once got a quote for shipping this bike and the other one for sale to the UK and was quoted $600 for both bikes. So I suppose for 2,000 pounds I'd sell both bikes (see previous advert for oher bike) including shipping for a quick sale.
