Idle screw

My bike never seems to idle properly even when it is warm. It does idle but so slowly the engine just dies. Is there an idle screw that I can fiddle with to increase the rev's while idling. Even when the bike is warm I tend to put the choke on to idle? Do I have to take the fairing off to have a look?

should stick out slightly on the RHS of the bike.........i think.
