I would contact matt, dosent look or sound right, did you hook it all up lose first? and see if there was room to move it around, Silly but did you get the right chambers? they did look like mine which are getting done as we speak, as soon as Mick calls me ill ask and let you know what he says,
MMMMMmmmmm
Actually, dose it foul the fairing? near the back bottom screw? it suposed to foul the fairing and you just put a spacer in, if its not doing this there is sopmething wrong!

yes it does foul the fairing and i was aware of that issue before fitment _________________ If you dont like the way that i ride.....Stop trying to keep up!!!!!
Sounds like it might be MC28 pipes you've got fitted. I've got a set of endurance racing pipes fitted on my 21 that were built for the 28 and they foul in the exact same places you're describing. I've seen endurance racing pipes fitted on another 21 with no problems, thats when I found out that the pipes were slightly different that they manufactured for the 21 & 28.
That was my first thought, but I believe they now have a dual jig, so all pipes fit either bike. _________________ MC21SP Plaything

on TYGA's site the pipes are listed as being for the 21/28 so judging by that should be the same pipes for both models??? _________________ If you dont like the way that i ride.....Stop trying to keep up!!!!!
I would say that the right hand pipe is not for an MC21, or you have an aftermarket rear shock with added ride hieght.
You can do a couple things.
1. If it's a pipe for an MC28, get one for an MC21.
2. If you have added ride height, you can create a small spacer for the mount that moved the pipe down a little to clear the swing arm.
to be honest i'll probably just fettle a bracket up to lower the pipe slightly
tyga probably wouldnt take the pipe back as it has a small scuff on it where it's been hitting the swing arm _________________ If you dont like the way that i ride.....Stop trying to keep up!!!!!
i had the same problem with fouling the swinger arm on my 21
if i remember correct i spaced it out with a washer and elongated the mouning hole on the pipe slightly and that cured the problem
didnt have the brake prob as i have rearsets fitted _________________ Half the strokes, twice the fun
not good, if thats true that means im gona get mine back from mick with the same problem... i hope Matt chips in soon for a reply the tyga site indeed lists both 28 and 21 pipes as the same! if there diffrent they should be sold that way not hacked until they fit or sold with a mounting kit. ......anyone else had the same problem?
