Hey Guys I was wondering if any one can help me. Its time to put my NSR away for the Season. I live in Toronto, Canada, so winters are routinly -10c. The bike is stored in a garage. Just wondering what steps I should take to insure a safe winter storage and trouble free spring. Eg. draining fuel, oil....
Get it inside the house and race round the table LOL, no serious battery out, bags over the exhaust, bit off oil down the barrels, drail fuel, if you can you could line the tank with a bit of oil, drain the oil, and if you have a dry bag to stick in the air box to absorbe any moisteure that should do it.
mmmm, id buty a bike bag if you want to store it that well and the garage is that damp! also if you can let some preasure out the tyres AND get both wheels of tghe ground that would be cool, stops yer tyres cracking.
If you go for the bag get lots of those water/moisture bags and throw them inside.

And run your carbs dry, so the 2-T oil don't gum up your jets, when the gas evaporates _________________ Poul

Just bring it into the lounge and keep the heating on. It'll be fine. _________________ MC21SP Plaything
