Actually just tried the link and its not working (I managed to download it a week or so ago), so you might have to press 'Bryan_au' to repost it somewhere... _________________ '87 MC16
I am working on a full translation of the Honda Workshop Manuals for the Site at the moment, which will be available through MEMBERS.NSR-WORLD.COM
I will post a couple of links to show the quality I am aiming for later.
The "Members" section will be a subscription section, mainly to help with the increasing cost of the Site upkeep, as quite frankly, the number of contributors to the Site is pretty piss-poor!
I have already completed some of the most asked for items from the manuals, accurate wiring diagrams for each 250 model (1 x MC16, 2 x MC18, 3 x MC21, and 1 x MC28) in full colour, and various other pages.
Subscribers will also be eligable to special offers planned for next year and an NSR-WORLD.COM e-mail address, as well be happy in the knowledge that they are helping maintain this Site. _________________ Andy.

The format will replicate the original Honda format as closely as possible, something along the lines of this.
We may have translated Formula 3 and HRC Manuals available in the Members section too - not decided yet! I spent over £100 last year just on difficult to obtain litterature for the site which I would like to make available in some form to those who are genuinely enthusiastic. Just some of the books include MC18 Mk1, Mk2, and MC21 Formula 3 parts and setup manuals, MC21 and MC28 HRC SS/SP manuals, 1988-1992 RS125 and 250 parts and maintenance manuals, NSR250 Workshop Manuals, a full range of "last issue" parts manuals to update the Online Parts Manual, etc.
Some of the books have already been put to good use in the Tech section, in numerous posts on the Forum, and a huge number of direct e-mails (that I no longer support, due to the overwhelming amount time they consume!), but the time has come for the Site to start giving its' financial contributors something back!
Sorry if this gets a few backs up, but due to the lack of hits on the "Donate" button, it's how things are going to be next year! I don't expect there are many people out there who would be prepared to put 40+ hours a week into something for $0 p/h - which is exactly what I have been doing for the last 6 years - and those 40 hours per week don't even take into account the time spent by Charles administering the Forum and Marketplace, and coding/publishing the original Online Parts Manual! _________________ Andy.

There was a guy on the mail based NSR list a few years back, that announced a translated manual. I can find his name, when I am back home gain. _________________ Poul

I'll save you the effort Poul, it was Nick Thorne.
He offered the Manual (MC16 and MC18) for around $40 and about 3 people took him up on the offer - the rest just asked him to upload it somewhere for them to download... FOR FREE!!
He donated a copy for use on NSR-WORLD after I e-mailed him about buying my own copy and asking if I could use it for the benefit of the Site. My plan back then was to use some of the translations to advertise and promote the manual and sell it through on the Site, but again, everyone just wanted to cash in on his investment in time, money and effort for free!
After paying for the initial translation, making up a small quantity of ring-bound hard copies, and mailing them out, I think he made about $50! _________________ Andy.

Hello Andy
I tried to buy one from Nick, but he was already tired of it at that time and I got better at NSRs after changing my crank and cylinders.
I did propose a few ideas to get the MC21 translated, maybe theż're still useable? :
1. Sell shares in the project, when all shares are sold the manual is translated and he rights to sell it to others sold to highest bidder.
2. Everybody would get 2 pages translated and swop with the others
Any better ideas? lets hear them.
I'll sign up for a manual, also to contribute to keep all the NSRs out there going, so there will be parts and bikes for me to buy, for a long time to come _________________ Poul

So, let me get this straight Andy, you spend your own money and time running a website that promotes a bike which I had considered to be so rare and impractical that I had dismissed the idea of really owning one as a day dream.
You then allow me to use said website to advertise and swap one of the very best RVF400's in the country for one of these bikes which then proceeds to seize up TWICE.
Furthermore, you take me to dodgy bars in far off places leading me astray and costing me what little sanity and financial stability I had left, and now you want money?
Pay you? I should kill you _________________ Please do not PM me technical questions, if you can't find it on the Forum start a thread
Repair it, and flog it on to some poor unsuspecting person who thinks the bike perfect for them and hasnt yet learnt how "rare and impractical" they really are, as we all have now
Buy yourself a nice mint RVF and again enjoy the wonders of having confidance in your bike again. _________________ If I have to take the carbs off once more...
