mc 16 missfire

please could somebody help.the bike starts up fine from cold ,runs fine for 10 mins ,then rear cylinder goes down.then comes back in for acouple of seconds at a time.both barrels have just been renicosiled,new pitons,gaskets,plugs and caps,even swapped coils, same problem occurs.thanks for any help. Crying or Very sad

What colour is the rear plug?

the rear plug is black,as if too rich.but jetting hasent been touched.

Then I'd start with a strip of the carb. Sounds like a blocked airway somewhere, possibly a fault in the choke system.
