Grey Import Insurance

Anybody any ideas on who to go to for insurance, I want to insure it as a second bike, Bennetts which has my main bike insured would not consider it on a joint policy as the nsr has been modifyed, they quoted £400 plus with 350 excess on 2000 miles per year Shocked

Thats double what it costs me to insure my 1200cc.

Is it best not to mention the mods and say its standard Question

Any suggestions

is it just bodywork mods? if so its still origional honda stuff so i wouldnt declare it

Afraid not, suspension,m/max and pipes. I only mentioned the suspension and they baulked.

Im with a company called CIA. I've declared every single mod and they dont really care! Im paying £280 fully comp.
