i'm wrecking my nsr keeps frying pgm3's sick of chasin and paying 400 bucks for new ones, bike is complete minus street fairing it has a full set of tyga gp500 replica's on it in perfect cond.motor is 20kilometers old not run in yet.

Well guest, I'm trying to get my pinkies on one to see what can be done. Rumour has it there are four trannys that burn out when the servo draws too much current, and when they do the whole thing doesn't work. If that's true, then it'll be an easy fix.

Fancy donating the toast one so I can see what can be done? You'll get it back either way...

The prolem with repairing one is the podding, trying to remove it. I had a friend at ITT here in the US who said he would take a look. but never got past the pod. You can see which transistor is blown, it looks like a frozen beer can. You want to see what you can do ?

Potting or conformal coating we call it here, and yeah that stuff is a pain. I'm an aircraft tech though and have avionic bays who do that kind of work. Gotta be worth a try eh?
