HRC Tech Notes for RS250

Fri Apr 21, 2006 3:31 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

I came across these a while ago, and it took till now to put them into PDF format. All content is from HRC. I am simply supplying this info as it seems to move around on their site, and putting links would just end up with dead links.

Here are the documents I got (all in PDF format)

Product Info - RS250R
Product Specifications - RS250R
Product Info - Data Logger and Detonation Counter
Basic concepts of power jets
Conservation for Engine power
Functions of Carburetor parts
How to proceed Suspension settings Vol1

Notes on Maintenance (Frame)
Optimizing Riding position
Points of engine and frame assembly
RS250R Carburetor setting
RS250R Parts combination according to model years
RS250R Suspension Directionality
Running in Warming up Position Adjustment
Settings according to seasonal conditions
Settings using Detonation counters

Thanks,

some of the info in these notes are very specific to the RS250 (and more direct, the current model 2001-2007).

However, some of the theory that is here for suspension, chassis, carb settings, etc.. can be carried over to any two stroke.

So yes, you can use some of this info for the NSR250 MC28.
