MC28/VFR-RVF swingarm differences?

What are the differences between the MC28 swinger and the one off the VFR400 NC30 and RVF400 NC35?

DIFFERENT....I tried to have RVF rear swin arm on NSR250, but doesn't fit...But if you mod it...it will have big tire.

Why will it, the RVF400nc35 and NSR250mc28 share the same rear wheel.

Agreed though they are different, but for no apparent reason.

The main difference with mine is the RVF one is attached to a bike that works Rolling Eyes

They are different because the shock is offset on the RVF/VFR to allow the exhaust to exit (I think). I've done the modification on an MC18 about 10years ago (before the MC28 existed). Major head ache. Source an MC28 one......you've been warned!

If your serious about doing the conversion, Tyga have a MC28 swingarm, wich should just slip in, youll need some bits and bobs to finish it, Shock, wheel etc but will be alot easier than doing a HACK!!! I had Racer's MC18 for a while and it did look like a pain in the arse. alothough looked cool as!!! Cool
