MC21R/300 Engine for sale

Wed May 24, 2006 7:31 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

For Sale: MC21R 300 engine kit.

This includes:

MC21R (wet clutch) engine with TYGA Performance 300cc kit fitted.
NSR-WORLD uprated clutch kit.
A/C generator and NSR-WORLD lightened flywheel.
MC21 Carbs with complete HRC jet kit, air corrector solenoids, and X/Y joints.

All cables and hoses for the 300 kit.
Exhaust stubs to suit TYGA pipes.

This is everything you need to fit straight into an MC21. The only parts missing are intake manifold and reed blocks, which you can use from your current motor. Also direct fitment to MC18 and MC28 models with no mechanical alterations. The kick start mechanism has been removed/blanked, and the oil pump is blanked too. Both of these can be used from your existing engine too, if required.

I am just in the process of re-ringing the top end and checking the crank case seals before I sell it.

The top cylinder is almost new with only around 300 miles on it (replaced by TYGA Performance under warranty) and the lower cylinder has around 500 miles on it. Compression and squish all set up to run reliably on 97RON unleaded.

The HRC kitted carbs are set up to run open (no filters or airbox) and pre-mix only, and are jetted for DogFight chambers.
THE CARBS WILL NEED SETTING UP TO SUIT ANY ALTERNATIVE CONFIGURATION.

This motor is fantastic for fast road use, with incredible mid-range! The engine is proven and reliable, and has only been replaced as I prefer screamer 250's!!

If anyone is interested please e-mail me at Giddyupitssteve@aol.com. I'm looking for £850 ono. MC21/300

Also available:

HRC wire harness and HRC delimiter: £75
PGM-III: £150

Ive emailed him now thank RC46.

While I'm here, during fitting new rings and crank seals to the 300 motor I found the center bearing isn't quite as good as I would like (though it still feels near perfect when spun by hand) for an engine I'm selling so I think the 300 kit will be sold less bottom end now. Just waiting on a couple of guys to get back to me on which bits they want.
