Is there a Front brake lever with integrated fluid container available at a reasonable price ?
The original incl. the adapter, is so ugly and blocks the view to the thermometer. The tube on mine has been repaired with some goo, that doesn't make look any better.
I've seen a few, but they were billet things costing 2-400 pounds.
I am hoping to find one that is standard on some other bike and not too expensive.

Not sure I would want to repalce the current setup with one that is all there. What happens then someting happens and brakes the res? Now you got to replace the entire assembly instead of the res cup. _________________ Charles Gallant
worth pointing out that YOU will need to move the clocks as per your other post! ive got an all in one unit and the res is small but it made contact with the clocks on left lock. i had to buy new clipons with longer poles.
If I find one, what should the data for the unit be?
There must be some way of specifying capacity, bore-stroke, ratio or maybe how much liquid can be supllied or ? _________________ Poul

im using ISR radial with intergrated Resivor. it dosnet have a great capacity but works well i think it was a 17.5mm bore but best thing to do is call this guy he'll tell you exactly what size you need.
here is a pic of mine before i change the clipons so i could tunr the bike LOL oh yeah and then i needed new throttle cable's as originals are to short with new clipons. Im still getting use to the feel of the new brake but hand on heart i thought the original unit was better than this. Maybe im just not used to the feel yet!
Having seen RC46's lever 1st hand i can assure you it is 1st and foremost the the best enginered res / lever i have ever seen but also a work of art, except I wouldnt like to pay for one $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ _________________ If you dont like the way that i ride.....Stop trying to keep up!!!!!

Na! the VFR8 is long gone, Iv got a intergrated unit on the CBR6 BUT the calipers on the 97 model are only 2 pistons, so not sure that would work.
For all its cost, you could get a VFR8 unit from ebay for only a few $/£ and give it a go, ive seen them go for as little as £10 with a scruffy lever. and if it didnt work you could sell it on.
As for P3 best to call him, he'll chat for ages and youll end up with the right one.
