Ok I know it's an MC18 , it has stainless pipes from the chamber up like the last 89 models, it has 17" wheels front and back the same as an MC16 , here's a pic if it helps . I just want to know the year I thought it was 88 but could it be 89 ??or is it a bitza ?
the chambers are 89 the wheels if 17 are mc21 but it is a 89 i would say check the pgm if a pgm 1 is a 88 if a pgm 2 its an 89 _________________ 94 mc28 SE
Cool that means it's an 89 because it has a PGM2 , sweet . I wonder why it has a 17 rear wheel ? Maybe someone put it on or could it have been fitted originally ?
Almost guaranteed it's been swapped to give access to more rubber which is available to the 17 inch wheel.
Good looking bike by the way. Are the pictures showing it off well or is it really that clean? _________________ MC21SP Plaything

I wish it was really neat , if you look at the bolt holding the mid fairing on next to the kick starter you can see a round mark around it , and the red sticker on the fairing are both hiding slide marks on it ( before I got it ) I just covered the marks with those for now , I'll be painting it soon but I have to get every body panel rewelded because they all have cracks or the tabs are broken . But this is why I got it very cheap I will paint it as a race replica I'm just not sure which one yet
Get the rear suspension linkages underneath, and turn them so that the F arrow is pointing up. Gives you back the ride height lost when the 17" rear wheel is put in to replace the 18" _________________ The Chopster
