Hi all "USA California kevin" here........ Im stock piling NSR stuff bought cheap from TAIWAN yes TAIWAN several extra motors and 2mc 18s an 1 mc 21 all current projects. Im sure this has been mentioned but has anyone tried to get a local distributer to make the gaskets for top end rebuild? well i have been talking to a company thats willing to make them in nevada tired of paying UK shipping. my questions are are the gaskets the same (paper type) intake, cylinder base, sideclutch cover between the mc18 & 21-28 also is the head gasket always metal and are they the same for all models. clutch plates wet or dry do they have an equivilant in another american sold motorcycle for example im told the cbr900rr not sure the year has the same front rotors and calipers as the 18. if your interested email or if you have info teach me please thanks
You can actually get the right cover gasket through the dealer. Everything else from www.redline-ci.com. I can't imaine having them made would be any cheaper. _________________ james
