MC21 problem

when i accelerate in any gear it wont pull at all, just splutters, as a cold bike would, is there something badly wrong with my powervalves, or is it something else?

Something else.

If the power valves were not working it would run fine just have no power or have no bottom end depending where they were stuck.

ah i see, reason i thought that is because it wont go in the powerband at all. will do 60mph max in like top gear.

You can make sure its not the power valves by disconnecting the servo motor and setting it to high by hand. Take the bike for a ride, it will have very poor bottom end but kick hard when the revs rise. If that doesnt make the bike puller any better at the top then you need to start checking things out.
