I got it confirmed today. GPR70SP are dead long live GPRa10

No confirmed dates from Dunlop UK yet but I'll let you know as soon as I know.

Can't wait to try them out or get some reports on how they go. I know they are out in Japan already.

Sean have you tried 208/209 GP's ??I only ask to see if you think the GPR's are any better.

I race with the 208's and love em. Problem is they aren't bringing into the states anymore Sad So need to start looking at the Michelins now.

Cant you get 209 GP's as they are the replacement for 208's ??

Nope not tried those.

I firmly believe that to maintain correct and best running temp you need to use the correct speed rated tyre. I only do road and the odd trackday though. I am sure the decent racers can keep the stiffer tyres up to temp.

When you put new GPRs on the bike they feel like a good pair of trainers. When I have used Z rated tyres they feel more like your best shoes Laughing

Not exactly the type of feedback rossi would give burgess but it's the best I can explain lol

Tyres come down to a lot of personal preference as well of course.
