PV Servo - t.p.s sensor?

Hi all,

I am nearly finished my mc21 project,
trying to set up rc valves but notice when i turn ignition on the PV servo
goes straight to high, even when i unplug the t.p.s it does the same thing!
from what i have read in the tuning quide when the t.p.s is plugged in it should cycle to the start setting which i thought would be low?
does this mean my t.p.s is broken?

Hmmm. Might be the TPS, might be the PGM.

Have you removed the TPS and stuck a voltmeter on it to check the resisitance varies as it turns?
