In a 1958 BSA A10 I would stick with the stock filter unless your running the alloy head and GP carb. Wink

Alittle more information might help.

Tempting to jump on the bandwagon here, but I'll recommend whatever Honda said worked.

It all depends on whether you have modified anything really - I ran without one at all when racing so the choice is anything from stock to nothing...

As far as I can remember it goes into Wink a black box of some description with the purpose of restricting airflow.

Here is what i use in my mc-18 and mc-21. It comes in a sheet just cut it to fit.

I cut my own from a sheet of UNIFILTER foam as well.

Always kept oiled. Might be ok in the land of the rain cloud to run without a filter, but over here you cant risk dusting a motor for an extra couple HP.

And on a unrelated tangent, HKS should make bike parts !!!!
