MC28 rearsets fit MC21?

My friend form japan is sending me an MC28 rearsets

will they fit to an MC21? what about the MC21 master cylinder to MC28 rearsets?

Fenton do you have any clue? since my old MC21 rearsets will be yours?

Not 100% but i think the 21 and 28 frames are nearly the same (if not the same frame ) but never having played with a 28 am not sure mate

'21 and '28 frames are quite different but the footrests should swap between the two.

MC21 and MC28 rear master cylinders are different.

If the rear-sets are "race" type, then they will most likely accommodate either M/C, but if they are MC28 specific, then you will need to slot the mounting holes.

The masters have different mount hole pitch.

I may have this the wrong way round, but 21 are 49mm pitch and 28 are 45mm. Hence why our steps have the sneaky slot, so that you can fit either.

The actual position is also different, with the 28 stock pegs being slightly further forward than the 21 pegs.
