NSR300 power valves

Ok this may be another one of those stupid questions but how do you remove the power valves from the 150 barrel? Reason being ran it a bit to lean and seized it so it needs to be replated.
Going to use Apco in Gloucester or can any one recommend any one else?

The shaft pulls out like the 250 barrel.
