Unburnt fuel

Thu Aug 02, 2007 2:33 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

Just had a panicky message from my old man, who is looking after my MC18 whilst i am abroad, reporting that he had started the bike after around 6 weeks standing and an amount of unburnt fuel had spat out the left cylinder! Any ideas what may have caused this or is it normal for an amount of fuel to collect in the pipes if left standing for a while?
