I vote 21, the swingarm looks cooler and Tyga do more bits that'll go on the 21 than an 18. I gave £750 for mine as a good runner but with a twisted top yoke and damage repaired fairings. It was generally dirty and neglected looking but in function it was good, which was the important part for me.

Tidy MC28s go for thousands on the other hand though so it all depends on the spec and condition.

hmmm, ive just bought an mc18 sp. it could be nostalgic reasons coz i used to have one but i like to think its beacuse a) its a good deal lighter and b) it just seems more of a pure race bike.
sort the sandard suspension, make a new subframe for an rs250 bodykit and it looks awesome!
i know by the time youve done all that you could have just bought a 21 model but trick mc18s are few and far between.
or maybe im looking through rose tinted glasses while tryin to recapture my youth!

Go for an MC16 - that leaves more barrels and pistons for us 21 owners! Laughing

Especially the 1996 SE, with it's shell suit colours... nearly as bad as the 1992 RGV250-N!

I see what he means but i think that all faired bikes unless they are black look power ranger.

but who cares once you are riding them Razz

I have my LED's ready for the new NSR and my nc23 engine compartment so will make them look twice the power ranger than the standard hehe, i am wiring it though the valve controler on the nsr so when the valves open the LED's come on, sad i know.

gonna see whats availible when i have the money.

I would say the only thing that could make a rgv250-n worse is a 300 kit.
