Thats the easiest HP gains I've ever heard of. The bike is low mileage and in very good nick for its age. I've had a read of the tuning section & theres some very good info there. I'd like to put some inverted forks on it over the winter. Has anybody tried RS250 forks? And how about an RS swingarm? And then theres the question of the Wheel sizes, obviously I should try to acquire some 17's.
Hopefully the bike arrives today, Im pretty excited.
Mate if it's in as good nick as you say it is i reckon you should leave it as it is a you got a rare bike there
However if you must ruin it with rs bits i'll take your standard swingarm off your hands !
I would be keeping all the stock parts for sure.
I wouldn't modify it if I couldn't offer a future buyer the stock parts.
Perhaps your right in saying keep it stock. But the stock bodywork will have to come off for sure, to ensure that it stays mint. I know shes a rare one & I plan on it being mint for the long haul. I wouldn't necessarily say a few RS parts would ruin it though.
It's up to you mate what you do with it it's your bike, dont really see the point of getting different bodywork either,if your too scared to ride it cos it's too nice get a 2nd bike and use that when the weathers crap
Talk about crap weather? its like Im back home in the UK today.
I'll give some consideration about keeping it stock. It should be a big time head turner around here, theres only one more NSR in this city. Its an MC18 as well, its in a bike shop. Its not an SP, it has triple the mileage and its more than I payed for mine.
Mine has less than 9k on the clock.

Funny you should ask that...
These RWU RS250R NF5 forks, disks, and calipers are on my MC21 at the moment...
These USD RS250R NF5 forks are going on it tomorrow!
I have an NF5 swingarm to go on my MC16F3, but it's a BIG job, and going to be very expensive. I will be using the F3 arm for it instead for the time-being. _________________ Andy.

Will finish it off tomorrow as I need primer and paint for the fender, clean up the calipers, and fit the new brake lines. _________________ Andy.
