its not about finishing the bike, it's about buying the frame, swapping your unreg'd frame out for it and having a reg'd NSR.
So if you pick up a nice MC21 with no reg for say $3500.00, and buy this for say $1500.00 you now have spent $5000.00 for a reg'd NSR. You can maybe sell the unreg'd NSR frame for say $500.00 - $750.000 bringing your investment down to $4250.00 - $4500.00
Not bad for a titled/reg'd NSR in the US. _________________ Charles Gallant
I have always said that a title adds about $600-$1,000 to the value. I think the frame is only worth about $250. So in theory its worth $1,250. But with the way values are going up on NSRs maybe $1,700 is not out of the question. At the end of the day its worth whatever a bidder will pay for it. _________________ james

My understanding is that greys can still be brought in and titled/registered in california and other states if done through the proper channels.. Starts with a US customs import broker.
