Having lived there for a few years and owning a NSR I can tell you its not to easy. First they no longer sell NSR's in Thailand and I do not think they race them any more, Matt may be of more info on this.
To be honest the only thing you may find are foot rest kits and fancy screens. Over the years I believe the government got funny about selling race pipes like Singapore. Mine was fitted with a TYGA pipe, the best you could get so give them guys a shout. Other wise you just do the usual tuning work and throw a big carb on, worked a treat on mine.
