Question on models?

Fri Oct 12, 2007 8:32 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

I've Just popped over from the RGV forum to harrass you Honda knuckle draggers for a while.

Just kidding! Rolling Eyes

Anyways, I'm looking at a NSR MC18 but there seems to be some issue with the model.
On the Model History page there is no MC18 SP, but the guy selling the one I like is saying that it is a MC18 R4J SP?

Is this a real model or a hybrid?
Since the asking price is $5k AUD I figured I better ask some one.

Ash.

R2J is an "R" model, and R4J is an "SP" model, and all R4J came in Rothmans colours originally. Both are 1988 models.

1988 "SP" model has Magtek wheels and adjustable suspension, but wet clutch. No dry clutch until 1989 R6K Terra "SP" version.
