Can anyone tell me which hole is which in the diagram.
I have an 18 and the F was at the front of the plate when I got it ( could have been stuffed up of course.
If the virtual hole position is supposed to be the original NONE of the dimensions is the same as my linkage plate.
I be confused!

Hi I made the plate as per the drawing ,and when you come to fit it , it will only go on one way and is a great improvement. It does jack up the back a fair bit so be sure to turn the petrol off as the bike leans over a lot on side stand so the floats might stick somtimes.

I made up a dummy and it will fit in all three positions ( that is rotating it around to each hole. I have made linkage plates to raise rear ends before and I know how much work went into getting the dimensions, but I really need to know which hole is for which item.
As the diagram appears the shock would be the top right; the swingarm lug, the left and the bottom is the frame linkage. But this would make the "F" mark on the top. I don't know if this actually matters or not.
The bike is for track racing only on a VERY tight track, so the steep forks and more ground clearance is exactly what I want. Won't ever have a side stand

Hi I have been out to have a look and the 70mm centre holes are at the rear with the sharpest angle at the top ,if you see what I mean. It will be great on the track and cheap as chips if you've got a couple of bits of alu kicking around.I did mine with a jigsaw and a file ,drilling both bits at once to keep the holes lined up. The chain does touch the exhaust but it's fine once your sitting on it. I hope this helps.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. Even if I can't get the motor going properly I might make it into a supermono or maybe the new rules for GP125 in Australia next year which may allow 250 4stroke water cooled singles . Stick a CRF250X motor in it.

Did you see at Philip Island the RS125 with CRF250x motor in built by Moriwaki on display?

It is in the latest AMCN with a short piece on the proposed changes. Would like to get the NSR motor going because it is quite simply a truly beautiful peice of engineering but if not... either a bike single for supermono or a single 250 for GP125.
