Will an upper cowl from a 150sp fit on the MC21 SE? Also does standard auto body filler work ok for reparing slight cracks in fairings or is there a better product out there. thanks for any help
Many moons ago whilst inThailand I tried the very same thing.
It works but not with the mc21 lowers, head lamps are much much better than the 21's will ever be.
Tyga back in the day did a TYGA eyes kit for the 21 which shares many parts so give them a shout to see if they have any old stock kicking about first.
Over all I prefered the look of the 150 fairing as it was smaller and more compact, try and see. _________________ Farting is funny
Well, riding through the streets of Pattaya ones eyes can become all fogged over for all kind of various reason, I happened to find the 150 lamps better at cutting through the green haze _________________ Farting is funny
I'd be surprised if you were ever looking where you were going to be honest Mr. Luke... certainly not in the direction the headlights were ever pointing anyway! _________________ Andy.

I remember an NSR150 Repsol we brought back from Thailand, the headlight was a single candle.
Wait a minute come to think of it my buddy Mike D'agata bought it off one of you guys. 2002 _________________ 94 NSR250R2R MC28

If the crack is just on the surface and not all the way through you can use plastic bumper flexible repair filler like USC Thin Ice. Not sure if you have that brand in Australia but there will be something similiar. Do not use standard body filler as it will crack over time.
If the crack is all the way through then it must be repaired from the back either by plastic welding or epoxy first before adding any type of filler to the front.
